The problem
Wedding planning lives in six spreadsheets, a chat thread and someone's memory. Every one of those has a different idea of the guest count.
How it was built

Made one source of truth for guests, vendors, budget and timeline so counts cannot disagree between views.

Built the whole app in TypeScript end to end, keeping shared types between the data model and the interface.
